Norvento in the Australian market

Norvento’s Grid Studies Department is supporting Australian costumers in need of guidance through the Australian Electricity Market (NEM). Over the next two decades Australia’s Government is committed to a dramatic change of the nation’s energy mix, incrementing the share of renewable energy. Australia’s Energy Market Operator (AEMO) is tightly supervising the connection of all new generation into the electricity network to ensure the reliability of the power supply. This means new proponents must undergo a heavily regulated process which involves complex analysis of the integration of renewables and inverter-based equipment into weak systems.
