Norvento Monitoring and Control Systems

Scada Energy
Management Systems

The Norvento Tecnología Unit handles the design, project development, execution, start-up and maintenance of Monitoring and Control Systems of renewable energy and self-use energy generation installations such as buildings, wind farms and photovoltaic production facilities.

Our high capabilities and technologies allow us to design and carry out the specific implementation of the installation and the requirements of our customers, ensuring the optimal level of energy production.

Norvento Monitoring and Control Systems promote more efficient decision-making, simplifying the maintenance and diagnosis of industrial machines and processes and resolving incidents remotely.

Norvento 365/24 Control Centre

The SCADA software and systems solutions we develop are connected to our Norvento Control Centre, which operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our highly qualified team currently manages more than 900MW of renewables.

  • Remote terminal units (which are connected to each computer and collect information).
  • The communication system (can be network cable or fibre optic in most cases).
  • The interface (the software with which the system is controlled).

Ad-hoc systems

Our experience and know-how guarantee the best solution for each particular problem. We have been the expert technology partner of numerous industrial companies for 40 years.

Flexible and scalable systems

Our systems are flexible and scalable, allowing you to easily add additional resources based on the evolution of each business and specific needs.

Some examples of customers relying on Norvento technology for process control and power generation monitoring:

The most sophisticated features for the most advanced competitiveness.

  • Integration into all types of industrial processes
  • Monitoring of the plant or installation: consumption, generations, actuations, forecasts, etc.
  • HMI Interface. Control panel for internal and external communication with any team
  • Production quality control
  • Standardisation of processes. Obtaining general management information in detail, maintaining or diagnosing phases and logistical information
  • Monitoring and supervision of all remote systems. Generating historical data on the operation of remote systems.
  • Preventive maintenance
  • Operator’s graphic interface. Generation of data for a synthesised view of all the systems, in the form of graphs, histograms or three-dimensional representations, among others.
  • Analysis of the overall evolution of the process. Sharing real-time historical data at all levels compared to other time periods.
  • Managing more than 200,000 variables per server
  • Monitoring systems configured to monitor any server failures
  • Corrective maintenance related to a design or installation defect.
  • Reception and emission of multiple input and output signals, noise immunity, and resistance to vibrations and impacts.
  • Permits management. Assigning each user an access level that allows them to monitor or manipulate certain data and control of access to the system (who, when and where).
  • Alarm system. Real-time alerts to operatives about any issue with a record in the integrated incidents.
  • Connection models to highly distributed and scalable grids.
  • Performing complex arithmetical calculations
  • Data processing, drafting and download of reports
  • Open architecture for possible improvements or evolution of needs
  • Security system. Protection of confidentiality, integrity and availability of the service data.
