Norvento Enerxía strengthens its alliance with Alpiq for the representation of six of its wind farms in Galicia

Norvento Enerxía and Alpiq have reached a new agreement for the provision of market representation services for 2024. Thus, the Swiss company will represent six of Norvento’s wind farms in Galicia. These are Cadeira (19.8 MW), Carracedo (9.9 MW), Neda (34.7 MW), A Pastoriza (36.0 MW), Sasdónigas (18.0 MW) and Sasdónigas II (9.9 MW). All of them will participate in intraday and balancing markets through Alpiq.

With an installed capacity of 250 MW in renewable installations, mostly wind power, Norvento has once again entrusted Alpiq as its partner for the provision of this service.

This new agreement allows Alpiq to continue strengthening its position in the market as a benchmark company in the provision of representation services and the optimisation of generation assets in balance sheet markets, as part of the value proposition in Spain and as a platform for the Iberian market.
