Pablo Fernández Castro
President

Holds postgraduate degrees in advanced Electromechanics and Engineering and in Industrial Engineering from the ICAI [Comillas University Advanced Technical School of Engineering]. In 1981, founded Norvento as a small engineering firm and since then has led it to become a power generation group with an international presence.

Marta Fernández Castro
Vice president

Holds a degree in Economic and Business Sciences from ICADE. Joined Norvento in 1996, taking over responsibility for the company’s human, financial and material resources.

Iván Nogueiras Pérez
CEO

Holds a degree in industrial engineering from the University of Vigo and a postgraduate qualification from IESE Business School, Barcelona. Joined Norvento in 2003 and heads up the group’s renewable energies division, with responsibilities of Chief Executive Officer.

Beatriz Iglesias Lapido
Administration & Control Director

Holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Santiago de Compostela and a Master’s in Account Auditing from Deusto University. joined Norvento in 2016, where he heads up the Administration and Control teams.

Mariluz Lozano Cerezo
Director of Sustainability and Branding

Holds a degree in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Santiago de Compostela. Joined Norvento in 2000 as Environmental Director. Currently leads sustainability and brand development from the Corporate Department.

Rosa Botas Cal
Director of Human Resources

Holds a degree in Psychology from the Pontifical University of Comillas and a Master’s in Human Resources from the Garrigues Study Centre. Joined Norvento in 2018 to head up the Human Resources Team.

Adrián Capelán Presedo
Deputy Director of Technology

Holds an Executive MBA from IESE and a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of A Coruña. Joined Norvento in 2017. Currently responsible for the nED project and holds the post of Deputy Director of Technology.

Ignacio Espiñeira Costa
Director of Engineering

Civil Engineer from the University of A Coruña and Master in Project Management from the University of Salamanca. He joined Norvento in 2020 to lead engineering services for both large renewable installation projects and distributed energy projects.

Juan Morilla García
Director of Operations.

Holds a technical degree in Engineering from the University of Oviedo. Bachelor of Engineering and Master of Science from Coventry University and Executive MBA from EOI. Joined Norvento in May 2021 to lead the EPC and O&M area.

Adolfo Ausin Herrero
Head of Power Electronics

Holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering from the Carlos III University and an MSc in Advanced Electronic Systems from Alcalá University. Jointed Norvento in 2017 to head up the development of Power Electronics Converters based on in=house technology.

Miguel Hoyos Irrisari
Head of Innovation

Holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering from the ICAI [Comillas University Advanced Technical School of Engineering]. Joined Norvento in 2009. Advises the Group on wind power-related product and RDI project development.

Eloy Fernández Felipe
Head of Operation and Maintenance

Holds a BSc in Industrial Mechanical Engineering and an MSc in Automotive Industry Technology and Processes from the University of Vigo. Joined Norvento in 2019 as head of Operation and Maintenance.
