Norvento Enerxía, a company that generates renewable energy, technology associated with products, and advanced solutions for distributed energy, has been one of the collaborating companies at the Talent Tour stop in the city of Lugo, which began on May 2 and It will end next day 7.
Organized by the Princess of Girona Foundation, the Talent Tour is an annual tour that covers different cities in Spain with multiple events led by young people, so that they can connect with opportunities for personal growth. Each stop on the Talent Tour offers talks, debates, workshops, concerts, exhibitions and shows in which local companies participate by contributing their knowledge and experience.
Norvento has shown its commitment to local and national talent, being one of the collaborating companies at this stop on the tour, with the aim of making the values of innovation, sustainability, design and quality known to young promises. In this sense, the Director of People of Norvento, Rosa Botas, participated yesterday in a colloquium talk at the Interactive Museum of the History of Lugo, which was moderated by the connection initiative between companies and students U4impact, and which was attended by of representatives from Airbus, Telespazio, Avincis and Luxsit. This table was focused on how talent and innovation come together when it comes to developing technology with impact.
Likewise, and in the line of dissemination and knowledge in which the People area of Norvento is working, and which aims to get students closer to renewable energies and project their professional career towards the sector, today the company has received within the framework of the Talent Generation Program of the Princess of Girona Foundation, the visit of the As Mercedes Vocational Training Center and various university profiles of the engineering specialties of the University of Vigo in the CIne building, the company’s headquarters in Lugo.
This visit, which included the participation of the Director of Talent Programs of the Princess of Girona Foundation, Gema Guzmán, consisted of a dynamic chat-colloquium in which the students had the opportunity to learn about the culture Norvento, what they value about their talent, and what is their differential value as a company.
In the same way, and by the hand of two young engineers from Norvento’s Power Electronics and Technology areas, the participants were able to discover the trajectory of the company, its different lines of business, and the experience of two technical profiles, through through a tour of the facilities of the Norvento Enerxía Innovation Center (CIne).

Finally, tomorrow, Friday May 5, King Felipe VI will preside over the central act of the Lugo 2023 Talent Tour, in which Pablo Fernández Castro, President of Norvento Enerxía, will be present as part of the business representation of Lugo and Galicia , and Marta Fernández Castro, Vice President of the company. The Gustavo Freire Municipal Auditorium in Lugo will house the 2023 Princess of Girona Award for Scientific Research by a jury of experts and winners of the foundation from previous years.
